Refund & Cancellation Policy – My Own CFO

We strive to deliver the highest quality financial education and advisory services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or are unable to proceed with the booked service, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply.


1. Webinars, Workshops & Online Training

Completion & Access

  • Once access to the webinar or online training is granted, no refund will be issued.

  • If you are unable to attend a live session, you may receive recorded access (if available) at our discretion.

Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellation by Us

  • If a webinar or event is cancelled or postponed by My Own CFO, customers may choose:

    • A full refund, OR

    • A seat in the next available batch


2. Financial Consultation / Personal Finance Sessions

Completion of Service

  • Once a consultation or planning session is completed, no refund will be processed.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the meeting.

  • If the client fails to attend the scheduled session, the booking amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests made 24 hours before the session are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable.


3. Tax Filing & Compliance Services

Completion and Accuracy

  • No refund will be issued if the ITR or tax service is completed accurately based on documents and data submitted by the client.

Revised ITR

  • Filing a revised return due to additional, missing, or incorrect information requires a new fee.

Service Non-Delivery

  • A refund will be considered only if the service was not initiated at all and My Own CFO declines to deliver it.


4. Digital Products (templates, tools, guides)

  • All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, as they cannot be returned.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

Partial refunds may be approved in rare cases if:

  • Only a portion of the service was utilized

  • The service was partially delivered due to technical issues


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your card/bank provider — processing time may vary

  3. If still unresolved, email us at connect@myowncfo.in


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
